Fresh Noodle Manufacture

Our noodles are unique in the UK, they are made fresh daily, not the dried noodles so often seen.

The manufacturing equipment was designed and built for Kanes in China.

Following an authentic recipe of flour, egg, water, salt and colouring they are free from preservatives.

We produce 100 tonnes a week and due to their popularity a second production line has been installed.
